-3 farm eggs

-2 tbl Dijon

-1/4 cup Champagne Vinegar

-1/4 cup water

-3 cloves garlic

-1 1/2 tsp salt

-1 tsp black pepper

-1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

-2 tbl Tabasco

-1 tbl Sriracha sauce

-6 cups Canola oil

-2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1) Spin all ingredients in the bowlor a food processor. 

2) Drizzle in oil

3) Serve with Belgian Frites
