Breakfast Sausage

-10 lb pork (grind pork keeping cold -or- buy ground)

-1 T salt & pepper

-1 T black pepper, ground

-1 t white pepper

-1/2 t red pepper flakes

-2 T rubbed Sage

-1/4 c fresh Sage, chopped

-1/4 c fresh Parsley, chopped

-2 c ice water

 

1) Season meat/mix

2) Incorporate water until tacky.
