Lobster Roll served on Soft Roll

 

-3 oz Lobster meat, chopped

-1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise

-1 teaspoon Thai green curry paste

*nice to garnish with Thai basil

 

Directions

1) Mix chopped lobster & mayonnaise, Thai green curry.

2) Toast soft roll (recommended to brush with clarified butter), cut the center, place lobster, garnish with Thai basil.
