Young*Husband recently announced their long-awaited debut album from Sonic Cathedral Recordings. The psych-pop outfit has influences ranging from Thee Oh Sees to Otis Redding. Nicolas Vernhes (Deerhunter, Wild Nothing) produced the album, which includes re-recorded versions of some of their EPs. While the record clocks in at 40 minutes, the band still managed to take on some pretty dramatic themes. The lyrics are centered around the concept of time."There is a lot about the passing of time. The lack of time. The abundance of time. The wasting of time." The album stems from singer, Euan Hinshelwood's, stent at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Stream 'Dromes' below.
