Just discovered the first set of recordings from "cocktail sipping erstwhile businessman Martin Glass". Can't stop listening to the entire album, The Pacific Visions of Martin Glass". Pitchfork desribes it as "lounge music informed by exotica, emulating 1970s nippon pop, neo-classical, and ambient".  Check it:
