This week features the talented bassist, Stephen Bruner [aka Thundercat], both Robert Trujillo's [Suicidal Tendencies] replacement & Flying Lotus protege. Bruner recently released the first track off his debut album, The Golden Age of Apocalypse, set to release July 9 via Brainfeeder. The album is simply titled Apocalypse and was produced & co-written by Stephen Ellison [Flying Lotus]. Lotus definitely leaves his mark on the track & compliments Bruner's superb bass line and vocals. Stream "Heartbreaks + Setbacks" below.
