Eight and a Half - Scissors

After the breakup of The Stills last April, former members Dave Hamelin and Liam O'Neil joined drummer Justin Peroff [Broken Social Scene] to form a new band, Eight and a Half.  They have a new album on the way that will drop in 2012 through Arts & Crafts.  The release of single "Scissors" already created tremendous buzz due to their drastically different sound when compared to all their previous work. Peroff stated that although the music is synth-driven, it's much heavier than simply "electro". Small Black has already stepped in to remix the track. Stream both below.
